Once people know about us, we started to get phone calls to see if we are interested in rescuing livestock. This is one of them. Male & Female ducks! First I said to my husband "No, Ducks! They are nasty!" We had a male duck before, and we found that male duck was screwing my hens, so we got rid of the duck before. But we decided to give it a try, again. This time, we got them as a pair! That was smart! They go everywhere together. They seems happy to be side by side, often I see them looking at each others like they are high school sweetheart! 

Female duck lay eggs faithfully, except when our temperature drops down to below freezing. So I started to like them.
