This corn bread is NOT a regular "Jiffy" 's corn bread! All from scratch, of course. I learned this recipe from the "Big Mamma" from Southern church! You know it's good!

I don't like cake and baked items that are smothered with frostings and icings! I won't do that to you. I taste all of my baked goods before goes out to the public. I like to promote healthy food. So, none the less to say, you will NOT see any icings on top of this bread!

This is Vegan Friendly. This bread is perfect for fancy sandwich, bruschetta, or with cheese and wine...  It will come with our farm grown fresh spring of Rosemary, so you can chop them up, and mix with Extra Virgin Olive oil & Kosher salt. Dip the bread and eat them!

Traditional Japanese bread called "Tsubu-Ann Pan" which is sweet bread filled with Tsubu Ann (Azuki Bean) paste. Instead, we twisted Tsubu Ann paste into the dough, so you will only taste a hint of the paste. Not overpowered by sugar, this loaf is light and fluffy, with a great flavor. Finished with citrus Matcha powder sprinkles. This is a perfect dessert, or as companion to a cup of afternoon tea!
